Abstract

a. Régulateur de tension. b. Régulateur caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un second transistor d'un second type de polarité dont l'émetteur et le collecteur sont branchés en série entre la première entrée et l'électrode de base du premier transistor, un moyen pour limiter la tension étant branché entre le point commun et l'électrode de base du second transistor, une première résistance étant branchée entre la première borne d'entrée et le collecteur du premier transistor. c. L'invention trouve son application dans le domaine des régulateurs de tension.
