Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au matériel de transport. La rampe suivant l'invention comprend une série d'éléments successifs 2 qui circulent à des vitesses progressivement croissantes (ou décroissantes), et dont chacun forme un transporteur à courroie indépendant des autres. Chaque transporteur comprend essentiellement un rouleau moteur 7 et un rouleau de renvoi 8 qui sont embrasssés par une courroie motrice. Cette courroie est elle-même embrassée par une courroie conduite qui est entraînée par la première par simple contact dans la partie centrale du brin supérieur. Des petits rouleaux amènent les courroies conduites à très grande proximité les unes des autres, les espaces libres étant comblés par des éléments fixes de très faible dimension dans la direction du transport, cette dimension étant nettement inférieure à la longueur de la semelle d'une chaussure. L'invention s'applique notamment aux trottoirs roulants.
