Abstract

La présente invention concerne un moule pour l'obtention d'éléments tubulaires élastiques tels que soufflets, manchons et analogues comprenant, à la manière connue, deux parties jointives susceptibles d'être dissociées, creusées chacune d'une demi-empreinte, entre lesquelles est inséré un noyau, caractérisé par le fait que, après ouverture des deux parties jointives du moule, le démoulage de la pièce qui habille le noyau, est réalisé sous l'action de deux effets mécanique et pneumatique, un premier effet mécanique de traction tendant à extraire coaxialement la pièce moulée du noyau, tandis qu'un second effet, pneumatique, tend à décoller simultanément la paroi interne de la pièce du noyau qu'elle enserre. La rapidité avec laquelle s'effectue le décollage et l'arrachement de la pièce moulée permet d'obtenir des cadences de fabrication fort intéressantes.
