Abstract

a. Procédé de fabrication permettant d'avoir un vin de 10,5 degrés à 11 degrés maximum, ayant le moins de sucre résiduel possible (1 à 2 grammes maximum) sans acide sulfureux et sans éther de pyrocarbonate de diéthyle. b. La caractéristique technique de l'invention concerne la préparation des levures, la préparation du pied de cuve, la fermentation et la mise en bouteilles. La manière dont sont réalisées ces diverses opérations permettent d'obtenir un vin ne comportant pas de substances contre indiquées par les médecins aux diabétiques. c. L'invention peut être utilisée par les diabétiques.
