Abstract

L'invention concerne un catalyseur de polymérisation des oléfines. On prépare un catalyseur nouveau par dépôt d'un composé poly(di- mu -dihydrocarbyl-phosphinato-hydroxy-aquochrome III), ou du composé anhydre correspondant sur une matière de support inorganique et l'on calcine la matière de support imprégnée, en atmosphère non réductrice, à une température supérieure à 300 degrés C allant jusqu'à celle de la décomposition du support, pour fournir un catalyseur activé. Le catalyseur présente une productivité élevée et fournit des polymères ayant des indices d'écoulement à l'état fondu élevés.
