Abstract

L'invention est relative à un flan de carton composite et à une machine pour le fabriquer. La machine comporte un dispositif de transfert d'un format, habillé au recto d'une feuille de papier débordante, à un dispositif opérant un pliage préalable, en direction de la tranche du carton à border, d'au moins un bord débordant de ladite feuille d'habillage, un dispositif encollant, au verso, les bords du format de carton ondulé, et un dispositif de rabattement et de rembordement de la feuille d'habillage sur la tranche et le verso encollé des bords de la bande de carton. La machine permet la fabrication de formats fournissant des emballages esthétiques, par exemple pour bouteilles.
