L'agencement comporte un support diélectrique 2 portant sur une surface un conducteur plan de mise à la terre et sur sa surface opposée au moins un conducteur en bande 1 et au moins un élément conducteur 3, 4, 5, 31, 41, 51 espacé du conducteur en bande avec lequel il est mutuellement couplé, le ou les éléments ayant une forme allongée et ayant leur grande dimension disposée, par rapport au conducteur en bande 1, dans une attitude autre qu'une attitude parallèle.
