Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention de nouvelles souches de levures. Selon ce procédé, au moyen du premier et d'au moins un autre test de screening choisi dans un ensemble de tests de screening ne faisant appel à aucune mesure de dégagement gazeux, on sélectionne les souches recherchées à partir d'un ensemble de souches diploïdes préparées préalablement soit par hybridation, soit par mutation de souches existantes.
