Abstract
On sépare des matières par cristallisation, la substance de départ R, en particulier un mélange d'esters d'acides gras, étant mélangée avec un solvant LM, et la solution ainsi obtenue étant mise en circulation dans un circuit et des cristaux étant formés par abaissement continu de la température dans la solution et le dispositif comportant une pompe de circulation P, un refroidisseur/réchauffeur 2 et un réservoir collecteur 1 en circuit. Les cristaux sont séparés en continu par sédimentation, à partir de la solution mise en circulation par pompage, une colonne de séparation 3 étant prévue dans le circuit; on extrait les fractions HF et TF à point de fusion respectivement élevé et bas. Application à la dissociation de mélanges de matières qui cristallisent lentement et/ou sont difficiles à filtrer.
