Fiche transcutanée pour fixation squelettique. Cette fiche comporte deux parties momentanément assemblées bout à bout lors de la mise en place, à savoir une partie 2 qui est une mèche d'acier propre à assurer le perçage et une partie 1 réalisée en un alliage approprié et apte à rester emprisonnée dans l'os pour y constituer la fiche proprement dite, après avoir été séparée la mèche.
