Abstract

The variable-powder drive system rotates a wheel by means of a simple cranked lever, on which there can be several different handles to give different ratios. The levr can hinge on a link with a sliding sheath, by means of a rubber or spring connector. The lever can be used to drive a link which can be uncoupled from the wheel. The link may be freely mounted on the axle of the wheel, the coupling between the link and wheel being effected by a disc brake device.
