Abstract

The working cylinder executes a linear movement. It may be hydraulically or pneumatically charged, has a flexible concertina-like jacket, and rigid axial blanking ends. One blanking end is stationary, and the working medium is supplied to it. The second blanking end executes the working movement. The ends (12, 13) engage in a U-shape over the concertina jacket (14). They face each other and overlap for axial and radial fixed guidance during working movement. The jacket forms an integral section, enclosing the working chamber (26), and is inserted into the blanking end having the medium supply (21).
