Abstract
Procédé de préparation en continu du nitro-3 acétylamino-4 toluène par nitratation d'une solution d'acétylamino-4 toluène dans de l'acide sulfurique, avec refroidissement à la température ambiante ou une température légèrement plus élevée et avec mélangeage intime. On introduit dans le mélange réactionnel en circulation d'abord la solution d'acétylamino-toluène dans de l'acide sulfurique, puis un acide nitrique aqueux à 40-65 %. L'appareil dans lequel on opère est constitué par un réacteur à circuit fermé 1, comprenant successivement dans le sens de l'écoulement, un dispositif d'amenée 2 pour la solution d'acétylamino-4 toluène, un dispositif d'amenée 3 pour l'acide nitrique aqueux, un réfrigérant 4 et un dispositif de décharge 5 pour le produit Dans ce procédé il ne se forme que de très petites quantités d'isomères et de produits d'oxydation.
