Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à plier et à encoller des flans de boîtes en carton. Lesdits flans sont transportés par un convoyeur en regard de deux socs rotatifs placés de chaque côté du convoyeur. Un premier soc est situé en amont du second soc et un applicateur de colle se trouve entre eux. Un soc ou coin fixe est en amont de chaque soc rotatif. Pendant l'avance du flan, un premier panneau est rabattu sur ce dernier par le premier soc rotatif. La colle est appliquée au bord du premier panneau. Lorsque le flan passe en regard du second soc rotatif, un panneau situé de l'autre côté du est rabattu sur ce dernier, son bord entrant en contact avec la colle appliquée au bord du premier panneau. Le flan ainsi plié passe dans la zone de serrage de galets presseurs pour assurer le collage des borda Un dispositif de déviation éjecte les flans défectueux. Application au pliage et à l'encollage de flans de boîtes en carton.
