Abstract

Each shuttering unit (7) aligns longitudinally on edge on the chassis of a low-loader type vehicle. The units (6, 7) are clamped (9) together with major faces abutting during transit. The chassis extends laterally (18) on site for the units to move apart on rails (4). The rails (4) traverse the chassis and locate wheeled (8a) bogies supporting the ends of the shuttering units (6, 7). The chassis has at least one retractable axle with road wheels, includes a towing hook, and has jack feet (19) for site levelling. The outer units (2a, 2b) are fixed to the chassis, and a mobile bolster respectively. The assembly may include a pivotable crane (11) and a demountable roof (12).
