Abstract

Le dispositif est destiné à vérifier la précision de l'étalonnage d'un débitmètre ou compteur du type à turbine sans avoir à le débrancher de la conduite sur laquelle il est monté. Il comprend un tube de Pitot que l'on peut placer dans le courant de fluide en aval des aubes de la turbine. Ce tube de Pitot présente deux orifices espacés angulairement et, peut être orienté de manière que les pressions des deux orifices soient égales, ce qu'on constate au moyen d'un transducteur de pression différentielle 28, 30. On mesure ainsi l'angle dont le courant est dévié par rapport à sa direction (normalement axiale) en amont du compteur. Après un certain temps de fonctionnement la variation de cet angle de sortie, par rapport à l'angle de sortie à l'origine, est proportionnelle à la correction à apporter au coefficient du compteur pour le ré-étalonner.
