Abstract

L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des éléments et ensembles de technologie, notamment aux jointures. Pour former ce joint, on prend une bande métallique rectiligne, dont on aboute les extrémités pour former une virole; on replie chacun des bords de la virole pour former une section en U; on forme ensuite au moins une barrette de section transversale en U; on réalise au moins deux découpes sur la paroi circulaire interne de la virole, pour le positionnement de la barrette; on découpe ensuite des éléments en matière isolante, profilés en T, que l'on positionne respectivement aux intersections de la barrette et de la virole; on garnit au moyen de lanières isolantes les parties libres restantes, on recouvre ce garnissage d'amiante au moyen de contre-plaques métalliques; on soude entre elles les extrémités de chacun desdits éléments contre-plaque; on sertit l'ensemble en rabattant les ailes verticales de la virole et de la barrette, sur les contre-plaques on plane et on meule ensuite le joint ainsi formé. L'invention est notamment utilisée pour la réalisation de joints avec une ou des barrettes de séparation
