Abstract

Vanne de distribution réglable comportant un corps en << T >> percé d'une entrée 14 et de deux sorties co-axiales 15, 16. Un obturateur 11 peut coulisser dans le corps sous l'action d'une tige axiale 10, portant un solvant de manoeuvre 1 à son extrémité. L'obturateur 11 présente un profil déterminé par l'intersection d'une surface cylindrique correspondant à l'alésage du corps qui contient l'obturateur, avec deux faces concaves opposées 12, situées de part et d'autre d'un point médian de l'obturateur qui se trouve en regard de l'entrée 14 en position d'ouverture. Des moyens sont prévus pour déplacer axialement l'obturateur et le mettre en toute position entre une position moyenne et deux positions extrêmes opposées. On peut aussi faire tourner l'obturateur en position moyenne, et amener sa partie élargie en regard de l'entrée 14, pour fermer complètement la vanne Application aux vannes de distribution, notamment pour éviter la stagnation dans la vanne des liquides abrasifs ou sujets à se déposer en provoquant une incrustation.
