Abstract

Four-rôtissoire à,air pulsé, comprenant un bâti à l'intérieur duquel est aménagée une chambre de cuisson, qui contient un support tournant pour recevoir des plats, viandes, volailles à cuire, des moyens pour chauffer la chambre et pour faire circuler l'air autour des plats étant prévus. Quatre turbines dont deux 16, 17 sont visibles et encastrées dans les parois latérales 5 à raison de deux dans chaque paroi, tandis que le support 3 des plats est constitué par une tige verticale centrale 24 à laquelle sont accrochés de manière réglable en hauteur des organes 25 recevant des grilles 26 de support des plats à cuire. L'agencement des turbines judicieusement placées dans les parois permet l'obtention d'une excellente répartition calorifique sur les plats qui sont ainsi cuits avec une grande régularité.
