Abstract

Polyester hydrosoluble destiné à être utilisé comme revêtement protecteur de fils électriques. D'un poids moléculaire compris entre 800 et 1300, doté d'un rapport OH/COOH compris entre 1,8 et 3, il est préparé à partir de réactifs, comprenant essentiellement : un acide dicarboxylique, aromatique dans la proportion de 50 à 100 %; un polyol comprenant au moins trois groupements hydroxyle; un diol primaire, et éventuellement un monoalcool. Ce polyester, par réticulation au moyen de titanate organique hydrolytiquement stable, donne des revêtements pour fil électrique dotés de bonnes propriétés mécaniques et électriques.
