Abstract

L'invention concerne le titrage de bactéries ou d'anticorps bactériens. Le procédé de détermination du niveau d'anticorps spécifique d'une bactérie grain-négative dans un échantillon consiste à faire incuber plusieurs solutions diluées en série dans les cavités d'une plaque de titration contenant l'échantillon, la bactérie, le complément et le milieu de croissance, à continuer l'incubation pendant le temps nécessaire à la croissance bactérienne, et à mesurer l'importance de la croissance bactérienne dans chaque cavité de la plaque de titration. Application notamment à détermination de l'identité et de la concentration initiale de bactéries dans un échantillon.
