Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux analogues peptide de facteur thymique et leurs sels non-toxiques pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Les composés de l'invention ont la structure : < Glu-Ala-Lys-Ser-Gln-D-Ala-X-Ser-Asn-R 11 dans laquelle X est une portion Gly ou sarcosine et R11 est -OH ou -NH2 et leurs sels non-toxiques pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Les nouveaux peptides selon l'invention sont utiles dans le traitement de maladies par auto-immunisation comme la pathologie du genre lupus et spécifiquement pour le traitement de Lupus Erythematosus chez l'homme Ce peptide est utile aussi pour stimuler sélectivement l'activité des cellules T chez des sujets vieillissants.
