Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé chimique pour la préparation du polypeptide pyroglutamyl-Ala-Lys-Ser-Gln-Gly-Gly-Ser-Asn et des produits intermédiaires formés dans ce procédé. Le polypeptide préparé par le présent procédé est utile dans le traitement de maladies par auto-immunisation comme la pathologie du type Lupus et spécifiquement pour le traitement de Lupus Erythematosus chez l'homme. Ce polypeptide est utile aussi pour stimuler sélectivement l'activité des cellules T chez les sujets vieillissants.
