Abstract

Procédé de récupération de phosphate à partir de l'entraînement de bain d'immersion pour le brillantage d'aluminium. De l'acide de rinçage, rassemblé à partir d'une installation d'immersion pour le brillantage d'aluminium, est mis à réagir avec des alcalis sodés à 80 degrés C ou plus pour fournir une solution de phosphate trisodique, d'aluminate de sodium, de nitrate de sodium et de traces de produits insolubles; la solution chaude est rapidement filtrée pour retirer toutes les impuretés insolubles et puis refroidie, si bien que le phosphate trisodique se sépare par cristallisation et, après filtration, laisse une liqueur mère contenant un peu de phosphate trisodique restant et d'impuretés insolubles à savoir de l'aluminate de sodium et du nitrate de sodium; la liqueur mère est alors recyclée à maintes reprises avec d'autres fournées d'acide de rinçage pour rendre maxima la récupération de phosphate. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour fournir un procédé très économique de fabrication de phosphate trisodique à partir d'acide de rinçage.
