Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine à façonner des caissettes en carton ondulé, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend une ligne de transport constituée par deux paires de rouleaux 5,6 et 7,8 et les bandes transporteuses 9 et 10, un magasin à cartons, des moyens de prélèvement et de dépose des cartons 3, des groupes de collage, trois paires d'ailettes 23, 24, 25, aptes à replier vers le haut les pans des flancs B et les pattes des têtes D des cartons 3, des cames fixes 29, 30, 31, 32, aptes à terminer le repliage à 180 degrés , deux bras articulés pour le repliage des contre-têtes F, et une ligne d'évacuation 67 des cartons façonnés. L'invention est particulièrement indiquée pour l'emballage des fruits et légumes.
