Abstract
Scie à arc électrique à haute vitesse et procédé pour la faire fonctionner. Le procédé prévoit de déterminer le courant de seuil minimal nécessaire pour commencer l'opération de coupe. Le courant de coupe normal dépasse le courant de seuil et pendant l'opération de coupe, la lame 8 est avancée dans l'objet 6 à une vitesse qui est continuellement surveillée et modifiée en fonction des besoins pour maintenir le passage du courant entre la lame et l'objet pratiquement constant La scie à arc est prévue pour couper dans trois direction mutuellement perpendiculaires. Application : sciage d'objets métalliques.
