Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'analyse destiné à mesurer des teneurs en constituants d'un échantillon d'une substance. Il comporte une cellule d'essai qui reçoit un échantillon, formant un condensateur produisant des signaux d'essai en réponse à des signaux appliqués, et avec des capteurs produisant des signaux de poids et de température. L'appareil comporte également un micro-processeur avec une mémoire et qui, à partir des signaux d'essai, de poids et de température, détermine la teneur d'un constituant déterminé de l'échantillon. L'invention s'applique notamment à la mesure en teneur en humidité des céréales.
