Abstract
The device is for cereals, food products, construction materials, pharmaceutical materials etc. The device includes a balance (1) placed on a measuring cavity. When the weight of a product in a hopper of the balance reaches a set value the balance beam allow a photo diode to emit a signal which allows the product to pass to the measuring cavity and be measured. Measurements of teh humidity in the cavity are made with and without the product and the difference is used to obtain the amount of the product. To linearise the apparatus response a numerical memory, such as a magnetic tape or diode matrix, carrier numerical information used to correct the value of the amount of the product.
