PURPOSE:To enable the economical measurement of the moisture in the measuring object by weighing the weight of the process approaching to a dry state. CONSTITUTION:The door of a furnace body 7 is opened and a case 13 containing the measuring object is inserted into the hole 12 of a rotary table 3. In this state, the high-frequency dielectric heating and drying of the measuring object is accomplished. The case 13 leaves from the rotary table 13, rides on a pan 15 and is weighed. The signal thereof is converted to an electric signal in a detecting part 17 and said signal is stored in a memory arithmetic unit by way of a modulating circuit. If necessary, it is recorded and displayed by a recording and display device. By knowing the change in the reduction of moisture with time change, the moisture contents in the measuring object are measured.
