Abstract

The cupboard has a folding door and comprises an open-fronted cabinet (1) fitted with a sliding track (2) top and bottom at the front. The door is in three parts, each flap being one third the width of the opening. The first flap (3) is fitted into the tracks and slides the whole width of the cabinet. The second flap (4) is hinged (6) to the first flap along one vertical side and the third flap (5) is similarly hinged to the second flap. In use, the two loose flaps can fold back onto the front face of the sliding flap.
