Abstract

Dispositif pour le transfert de pâtons dans une installation de production de pains, dispositif qui comporte deux transporteurs tels que la surface de transport de l'un est sensiblement horizontale, alors que la surface de transport de l'autre est sensiblement verticale et disposée juste au-dessus de la surface de transport du premier, le sens de déplacement du transporteur à surface de transport sensiblement verticale étant transversal à celui du transporteur à surface de transport sensiblement horizontale. Selon l'addition, ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de pression pour plaquer lesdits pâtons contre ladite surface de transport sensiblement verticale, lorsque celle-ci répartit les pâtons sur la surface de transport sensiblement horizontale.
