Abstract

1347241 Endless conveyers J LYONS & CO Ltd 19 April 1971 [6 March 1970 1 June 1970 30 July 1970] 10937/70 26316/70 and 36917/70 Heading B8A [Also in Division A2] In a tunnel oven for food products a conveyer comprising a flexible endless belt 310 flanked by a pair of endless roller chains to which it is attached by press studs 328 is supported by brackets 338 secured to manifolds 10 on each side of the tunnel, the brackets having guides 334, 336 for the rollers 316 of the chains and supporting a plate 332 which carries a plate 330 to support the weight of articles on the conveyer. The plates 330, 332 are of honeycomb or other perforate form to facilitate circulation of hot gas.
