Abstract

La présente invention se réfère à un frein à mâchoires pour treuils d'ascenseurs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une paire de mâchoires 14, 15 agissant sur un tambour 2, des moyens élastiques 22, 23 tendant à comprimer les mâchoires 14, 15 contre le tambour 2, des moyens électromagnétiques 7, 8, 9, 10, des éléments 35, 36 et 38 prévus pour éviter les bruits de choc lors de l'activation ou de la désactivation du frein.
