Abstract

Urokinase de poids moléculaire de l'ordre de 33 000 sensiblement exempte d'une urokinase ayant un poids moléculaire de l'ordre de 54 000. L'urokinase de poids moléculaire de l'ordre de 33 000 est obtenue à partir d'une solution contenant cette urokinase de poids moléculaire de l'ordre de 33 000, une urokinase de poids moléculaire de l'ordre de 54 000 et un sel minéral, par un procédé comprenant la mise en contact de cette solution avec un gel ayant, du point de vue ionique, les caractéristiques d'une résine échangeuse d'ions, et permettant la fixation des deux types d'urokinase et les élutions des deux urokinases dans des conditions de développement permettant la séparation complète de l'urokinase de poids moléculaire 54 000. Application à la constitution de médicaments.
