Abstract

Ces pinces sont conçues pour saisir des feuilles de verre minces (4,5 mm et moins) pendant leur traitement thermique. La manille d'assemblage 10 reliée par une tige il au chariot de manoeuvre est percée d'un trou pour une broche porte-pince 12. Deux biellettes 16 et 18 sont articulées sur la broche et portent une broche d'articulation 20, 22. Des bras de pince 24 et 26 sont percés d'un trou pour recevoir l'une des broches 20 et 22. Le bras de pince 24 comporte un doigt 25 et le bras 26, un doigt 27. Une broche d'articulation commune 28 assure l'assemblage des bras de pince 24 et 26. Une butée 29, percée d'un trou et présentant un bord inférieur arrondi convexe, est montée à pivotement sur la broche 28. Un élément 50 présentant une forme discoïdale est fixé à la douille 46. Un élément identique 51 est fixé à la douille 48. Dans les orientations qui résultent de l'insertion des goupilles 52 dans les trous 47 ou 49 et les trous inférieurs 41 des broches, un faible degré de liberté de rotation est laissé aux éléments 50 et 51 qui constituent les éléments des pinces entrant en contact avec la feuille de verre.
