Abstract

Dispositif photo-voltaïque comprenant un corps qui comporte une couche transparente au rayonnement solaire dans ce corps, ayant une surface incidente sur laquelle le rayonnement solaire vient frapper le corps, l'épaisseur de cette couche transparente étant telle que la surface incidente est sensiblement non réfléchissante au rayonnement solaire incident pour une première longueur d'onde prédéterminée dans le spectre de rayonnement solaire et, une région active dans ledit corps, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ladite région active et ladite couche transparente possèdent une épaisseur combinée telle que la surface incidente est sensiblement non-réfléchissante au rayonnement solaire incident pour une seconde longueur d'onde prédéterminée du spectre de rayonnement solaire, cette seconde longueur d'onde étant supérieure à la première.Photovoltaic device comprising a body which includes a layer transparent to solar radiation in this body, having an incident surface on which solar radiation strikes the body, the thickness of this transparent layer being such that the incident surface is substantially non-reflecting to incident solar radiation for a first predetermined wavelength in the solar radiation spectrum and, an active region in said body, said device being characterized in that said active region and said transparent layer have a combined thickness such that the incident surface is substantially non-reflective to incident solar radiation for a second predetermined wavelength of the solar radiation spectrum, this second wavelength being greater than the first.
