Abstract

Trépan. Trépan rotatif comprenant un corps principal, des branches 10 dirigées vers l'intérieur et inclinées par rapport à ce corps, la partie inférieure de ces branches étant munie d'axes porteurs 11, d'éléments tranchants 12 tournant autour des axes 11 et des moyens annulaires d'étanchéité 21 intercalés entre les tranchants 12 et les axes 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu dans ladite branche un premier canal d'air 24 qui traverse ledit axe porteur, au moins un canal secondaire 25 radial et partant dudit premier canal étant prévu pour communiquer avec un espace pour l'air 27 compris entre la branche et l'élément tranchant rotatif, cet espace ayant des dimensions telles qu'il se forme un excès de pression d'air de la partie intérieure vers la partie extérieure dudit espace. Application au forage.
