Eksen- terdelen er begrenset bevegelig i forhold til et styrelegeme (10) med minst ett ytre, kaksavførende spylespor (70, 71), på den ene side mellom en arbeidsstilling i hvilken eksenterdelen (22) rager ut til siden foran et foringsrør (11) som sen- trerer styrelegemet (10) for boring av et hull som er større enn dette forings- rør, og på den andre side en innfelt stilling innenfor foringsrørets indre kontur. Ett av spylesporene (70) strekker seg åpent over hele styrelegemets (10) lengde. Ett eller flere spylespor (71) som er åpne mot styrelegemets bakre ende slutter blindt i styrelegemets (10) peri- feri. I arbeidsstilling befinner blind- sporene seg i ktksavførende stilling foran styrelegemet (10). Ved tilbakefø- ring av styrelegemet (10) et stykke inn i munningen av foringsrøret (13) stenges blindsporet (71) av denne, slik at strøm- men av spylemedium forsterkes gjennom det spor (70) som alltid er åpent. Det blåses på eksenterdelens (22) diameterskjærende overflate (44, 47) umiddelbart etter det åpne spor (70) (sett i rotasjonsretningen 8) rundt pilotkronen (23) mot den nevnte retning (8) og videre ut gjennom det åpne spor (70).
