Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément d'accumulateur électrique aux halogènes, à haute température et haute densité d'énergie. Chacun des éléments 1, dont le montage en série constitue l'accumulateur, comporte une anode granulée 3 en alliage de lithium mélangé à l'électrolyte, un électrolyte granulé 4 immobilisé, et une cathode granulée 5 en sulfure de fer mélangé à l'électrolyte. L'électrolyte est un halogénure alcalin. L'accumulateur ainsi constitué est remarquable par son rendement en énergie et son aptitude aux fonctions de traction et d'accumulation.
