Abstract

Circuit de commande de courant comprenant un miroir de courant formé d'un premier et d'un second transistors, le second transistor alimentant la charge alors que le premier transistor reçoit un courant de réglage pour un générateur de courant constant b. Circuit caractérisé par un conducteur de courant variable couplé au générateur de courant constant pour laisser passer une partie variable, choisie du courant constant de façon que le niveau du courant réglable soit défini en fonction de la différence entre le courant constant et la partie de courant constant traversant le conducteur de courant variable, et que le courant réglable varie essentiellement de façon linéaire en fonction de cette différence.
