Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de la stabilisation des compositions à base de polyphosphazènes. Les compositions de polyphosphazènes selon l'invention comprennent une association synergique de certains picolinamides et d'un oxyde basique tel que MgO. En l'absence de MgO dans la stabilisation, la picolinamide n'est pas efficace comme stabilisant. Un stabilisant particulièrement avantageux est le produit de réaction du 3-hydroxypicolinamide et de MgO. L'oxyde de zinc, ZnO, peut remplacer MgO. La présente invention permet la stabilisation des polyphosphazènes vis-à-vis de la degradation thermique.
