Abstract

Le procédé selon l'invention pour la préparation d'esters d'acides butane-dicarboxyliques comprend cinq étapes : a. On traite une solution de sel de cobalt avec de l'oxyde de carbone et de l'hydrogène en présence de charbon actif chargé de cobalt carbonyle; b. On extrait la solution obtenue avec du butadiène (ou un mélange d'hydrocarbures le contenant) et on sépare la phase aqueuse; c. On fait réagir le butadiène avec de l'oxyde de carbone et des alcanols (C1 -C4 ) en excès en présence de base azotée tertiaires à 80-150 degrés C et sous 300-2000 bars; d. On sépare la base azotée du mélange réactionnel, on fait réagir l'ester d'acide penténique restant avec de l'oxyde de carbone et des alcanols en presence du cobalt-carbonyle et de la base azotée restants, et on sépare par distillation les alcanols en excès et la base azotée; e. On traite le mélange réactionnel avec des oxydants et on le sépare en une phase organique à partir de laquelle on recueille par distillation les esters désirés, et une phase aqueuse contenant des sels de cobalt
