Abstract

Machine semi-universelle pour un calibrage précis des produits alimentaires. Elle comprend deux demi-alvéoles 2 supportant le produit, tenues à l'horizontale par deux ergots 4 coulissant librement sur une glissière 3, cette dernière étant interrompue en face de chaque poste de pesage, et remplacée par la partie active du plateau de la balance. Cette dernière étant preréglée s'enfonce sous l'effet du poids et oblige les ergots à peser sous la glissière, ce qui libère le produit. L'invention peut être utilisée pour tous genres de produits.
