Abstract

The system consists of a silo (1) and a weighing funnel (2) with three balances (3). There is an Archimedean screw (4) to ensure the conveyance of the powdery product to the output of the funnel, a variable speed motor (5) to rotate the screw, a valve (6) set for medium filling through flexible conduits (7, 8). The funnel and screw assembly is mobile with respect to a "plank" (9) on which is fixed the balances. There is a sub-assembly consisting of a regulator (10) and an instruction generator (11) maintaining constant product flow, of e.G. 1kg/sec. The funnel can weigh a mass up to 600kg. When a certain quantity has been weighed, the cycle is restarted.
