Abstract

Les gabarits en tunnel 1, destinés à former des cavités en forme de tunnels dans une meule 2 édifiée à partir d'ordures ou de mélanges d'ordures et de boues de curage transformables en compost comportent des parois 3 et 4 munies de perforations. Les parois 3 et 4 sont à surface plane et peuvent être écartées l'une de l'autre au moyen d'au moins une charnière 5. Le mouvement d'écartement est imprimé aux parois 3 et 4, de préférence, par au moins un système articulé 6 qui assure en même temps le contreventement transversal des parois écartées l'une de l'autre. En position d'expansion, les gabarits en tunnel 1 reposent sur des chevalets de soutien 7, en forme de palettes et dont la face supérieure est perforée dans le corps de la meule, la quantité d'oxygène nécessaire pour les échanges est toujours largement disponible, de sorte que le corps de la meule se transforme complètement en compost sans avoir besoin d'être retourné pendant la durée de la décomposition et du dépôt.
