Abstract

Procédé et installation de fermeture et de scellement de récipients. Ce procédé comporte le formage de couvercles d'usage 12 dans une bande 21 de matière thermoplastique, la découpe des couvercles formés individuellement ou par groupe, la fixation de chaque couvercle ou groupe de couvercles decoupé, par sa face externe, à une bande de couverture 31, le transport pas à pas de la bande de couverture, jusqu'au-dessus des récipients remplis déplacés pas à pas, en synchronisme avec l'avance des récipients, et le scellement de la bande de couverture sur chaque récipient au-dessus du couvercle d'usage. Ce produit convient particulièrement au conditionnement de produits, par exemple alimentaires, dans des récipients thermoplastiques.
