Abstract

Appareil pour la fabrication de pièces volumineuses en matière plastique et en mélanges de caoutchouc, comprenant un groupe d'injection et un groupe de fermeture muni d'une cavité destinée au moule et caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de remplissage du groupe d'injection et le moule sont reliés, grâce à une chambre de transfert, à un piston dont l'axe est different de l'axe du cylindre de remplissage, et que le vérin du groupe d'injection est relié au vérin de la chambre de transfert par un circuit hydraulique commun. L'invention est encore remarquable par le fait que le vérin de la chambre de transfert est relié par un tuyau du circuit hydraulique au vérin du groupe d'injection et que dans le cylindre de remplissage, une chambre destinée à la matière fondue est formée par la course de la vis. Application à la fabrication de plastiques moulés.
