Electrode pour la surveillance des liquides, électrode entourée par une gaine isolante déformable plastiquement, tandis qu'une garniture d'étanchéité dans une chambre de réception entoure extérieurement d'une manière étanche la gaine isolante contenant l'électrode; b. Electrode caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente sur sa circonférence dans la région de la garniture d'étanchéité au moins une arête d'écrasement faisant le tour de l'électrode; C L'invention s'applique notamment à la mesure de la conductibilité des liquides.
