Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de dosage enzymatique de l'acide urique par un mélange réactif comprenant comme enzymes une uricase isolée de Aspergillus flavus et une peroxydase et comme chromogène le phénol ou l'acide hydroxy-3-benzoïque et le 4-aminophénazone selon un mode opératoire cinétique ou à l'équilibre. L'invention est également relative à un produit industriel comprenant un mélange de réactif sous forme de comprimé soluble pour donner une solution claire. L'invention est principalement utilisée pour le dosage de l'acide urique dans les liquides biologiques où l'interférence négative des donneurs d'hydrogène naturels ou médicamenteux est éliminée par préincubation de l'échantillon avec une solution d'ions cuivriques ou ferriques.
