Abstract

La présente invention concerne une vanne sphérique. Elle se caractérise essentiellement par le fait qu'elle comprend un corps, un obturateur, un siège et des moyens comportant deux systèmes à genouillère actionnant un fléau supportant l'obturateur. La vanne trouve une application particulièrement avantageuse pour l'obturation des conduites de grandes dimensions transportant des fluides corrosifs ou radioactifs.
